I was asked by the editor of In the Moment magazine to write a series of four columns for its Creativity section over four issues, discussing topics as diverse as confidence, balance and courage. The brief was to share personal anecdotes and I really enjoyed drawing on my time as editor of Mollie Makes and Oh Comely to share some stories I hadn't put in writing yet. A few readers got in touch to tell me they'd found these pieces very relatable, which was affirming!
Commissioning/writing for Annie Sloan's The Colourist
I was asked to contribute to Annie Sloan's The Colourist magazine from issue 1, and it was my pleasure to act as commissioning editor/writer on issue 3. I continue to write regularly for Annie's team, covering all sorts from home tours to stockist profiles to wellbeing pieces and features about the wonderful world of colour, design and paint.
